Goody Grooming Products
Goody understands that product development is a process of understanding the differences in your customers’ needs. These needs should be the foundation of product requirements. Goody partnered with User Insight to gather feedback on men’s grooming products via online panels, journaling activities and discussion boards. As a result, Goody improved their latest line of products to reflect various user needs that were depicted in the research instead of creating one size to fit all.

Our Approach
- Online panel and discussion board to evaluate how men used Goody’s Ace products over the course of one month.

- One-on-one interviews in a lab setting to dive deeper into why men liked or did not like the products and to test the website, including navigation, terminology, taxonomy, content, and design.
